LTD.**, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202402844G), 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("EFIRITY", "we", "us"). EFIRITY PTE. LTD. is the developer listed for the apps in the OpenAI and Anthropic directories. These terms are the agreement between you and EFIRITY PTE. LTD. for your use of the apps. ## What the apps are The apps are connectors. Each one lets an AI assistant — ChatGPT, Codex or Claude — call the Busymate AI MCP server at busymate.ai on your behalf, after you sign in with your Busymate AI account. ChatGPT and Codex use the server address https://busymate.ai/mcp/openai; Claude uses https://busymate.ai/mcp/claude. Through the apps, the AI assistant can read and work the Busymate AI workspaces your account can reach: inbox counts, conversations and handoff requests, knowledge sources and the install snippet. The apps do not reach anything your Busymate AI account cannot reach in the Busymate AI Console. ## The Busymate AI service and its own terms The apps are a way in to the Busymate AI service; they do not replace its terms. Your use of the Busymate AI service itself — your account, workspaces, the data in them, plans and billing — remains governed by the [Busymate AI terms of service](/terms) and [privacy policy](/privacy), and by the operator those documents name. If these terms and the Busymate AI terms of service conflict about the service itself, the Busymate AI terms of service apply. Your use of ChatGPT, Codex or Claude is governed by OpenAI's or Anthropic's own terms. ## Your account You need a Busymate AI account to use the apps, and you must be at least 18. You sign in through the standard OAuth flow on busymate.ai; the AI assistant never sees your password. Keep your Busymate AI account and your ChatGPT or Claude account secure — anything the AI assistant does through the app is done under your Busymate AI account, with that account's permissions, in the workspaces it belongs to. If you use the apps for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it. ## Acceptable use Use the apps only for lawful purposes and only for workspaces you are entitled to work. Do not: - use the apps to reach, or to try to reach, a workspace or data your account is not allowed to see; - send messages to customers that are unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that they have not agreed to receive where consent is required; - probe, overload or work around the limits or security controls of the apps or the MCP server; - resell or sublicense access to the apps, or use them to build a competing service. The acceptable-use rules in the [Busymate AI terms of service](/terms) apply as well. ## Actions that send messages to customers Some tools send a message to one of your customers or change a record in your workspace — for example, replying to a handoff request, which posts the reply in that customer's website chat conversation, or resolving the request. The Busymate AI MCP server marks these tools as actions that change data and refuses to run them unless the call is explicitly confirmed, and ChatGPT, Codex and Claude can ask for your approval before such an action runs. Read what the AI assistant is about to send before you approve it: once it runs, the message is sent from your workspace as if you had sent it from the Busymate AI Console, and a sent message cannot be recalled. You are responsible for the messages you confirm and for what the AI assistant writes on your behalf. An AI assistant produces text by prediction and can be wrong. Check its summaries and drafts before you rely on them or send them. ## No warranties The apps are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that answers produced by an AI assistant using them will be accurate. ## Limits on liability To the extent the law allows, EFIRITY PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data arising from your use of the apps, and our total liability for any claim about the apps is limited to the total fees you paid EFIRITY PTE. LTD. for the apps in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The apps are free, so that amount is normally zero. Liability for the Busymate AI service itself is governed by the [Busymate AI terms of service](/terms), not by this section. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. ## Availability and changes We may change, suspend or withdraw the apps, or change the tools they offer, at any time — for example when the Busymate AI service changes or when OpenAI or Anthropic change their platforms. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept it. ## Ending your use You can stop at any time. Disconnect the app in ChatGPT or Codex (Settings, then Apps or Connectors) or in Claude (Settings, then Connectors), or email [hi@busymate.ai](mailto:hi@busymate.ai) and we will revoke the apps' access to your account. We may suspend or end your access to the apps if you break these terms, if your Busymate AI account is suspended or closed, or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — no warranties, limits on liability and governing law — survive the end of your use. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. ## Contact EFIRITY PTE.
