These connectors work the other way round from the rest of this directory: instead of adding your mate to a channel, they let you and your team work your workspaces from an AI assistant. You sign in with your own account, the assistant reaches only what your role can reach, and a reply to a customer waits for your approval before it is sent.

### Which AI assistants can I use today?

1 of the 2 AI assistant connectors are ready today: Claude, from Claude's connector directory. The ChatGPT and Codex app is in OpenAI's review and says so on its page.

### Does the AI assistant see all of my workspace data?

It acts as you, with your role in each workspace, so it sees only what you would see in the Console. Reads run straight away; anything that changes data or messages a customer asks first.

### Do I need an API key?

No. You connect by signing in with your own account; the assistant receives a short-lived token, never your password, and you can disconnect it at any time.
