Add an AI chatbot to your Ghost publication through Code Injection: readers get answers from your own posts, with members recognized. Ready today.

Status: ready today.

## Try it · Connect yours

- Try it: Open the live Ghost site — https://ghost.demo.busymate.ai
- Connect Ghost: https://busymate.ai/console/integration — The page origin you allow, and an optional getIdentity for signed-in visitors — the same as the web chat.

## Ghost in action

A customer writes on Ghost, your mate answers from your own content, and your team steps in from the Inbox when it matters.
- The chat open on the live Meridian Line Ghost publication.: https://busymate.ai/connector-proof/ghost/site-light-desktop-1920.webp (2026-10-02)

Diagram: a customer sends a message on Ghost; your mate answers; when needed the conversation is handed to your Inbox and team.

## Set it up in the Console

1. Copy the embed script from your Console.
2. In Ghost admin, open Settings → Code injection and paste it into Site Header.
3. List your site's origin in your published embed origins — the launcher appears on the next page load.

## Questions

### Is it ready today?

Ready today through the web chat embed — one script tag, no plugin to install.

### Does connecting Ghost cost extra?

No platform fee: Busymate AI bills per workspace plan, not per channel. The channel's own provider may charge for its numbers, messages or approvals.

### What happens when it cannot answer?

It says when it is unsure. If handoff is enabled for your workspace and channel, it can ask your team to take over in the Inbox. It confirms when your team has been asked to help.
