## What you get

## Set it up in the Console

1. Tell us the number you want answered, or ask for a new one; we connect it to your workspace with you.
2. Your mate answers from the same content, tools and rules as your chat.
3. Call the number and talk to it; each call shows up in your Inbox as it happens.

### Is it ready today?

In beta: our own line, +1 607 669 2331, answers calls today. Connecting your own number is done with our team for now, not yet from the Console.

### Does connecting Phone calls cost extra?

Phone calls come with the Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans; Free and Starter do not include them. See the plans for what each one covers.

### What happens when it cannot answer?

It says when it is unsure. If handoff is enabled for your workspace and channel, it can ask your team to take over in the Inbox. It confirms when your team has been asked to help.
