## Set it up in the Console

1. Open the app's listing in the Busymate AI app catalogue. While the Shopify App Store review is in progress, its button sends an install request; once approved there, it installs in one click.
2. Choose “Turn on the storefront assistant” — one click opens your Theme Editor with the app embed already switched on, and the launcher appears on every storefront page.
3. Pick a plan inside the app — the Free plan needs no card — and your mate starts learning your products, pages and policies; signed-in shoppers get order help from the first conversation.

### Is it ready today?

The app is built, open source and proven on a real store; it is in the Shopify App Store's own review, so until that is approved the listing's button requests an install instead of installing self-serve. Everything on this page works today for a store that has it.

### Does connecting Shopify cost extra?

Billed through Shopify's app billing on your Shopify invoice, not a Busymate AI workspace plan. Free is $0 a month with 25 resolutions; Starter is $19 a month with 38 included, then $0.49 each; Growth is $99 a month with 225 included, then $0.44; Scale is $349 a month with 830 included, then $0.42. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial.

### What happens when it cannot answer?

It says when it is unsure. If handoff is enabled for your workspace and channel, it can ask your team to take over in the Inbox. It confirms when your team has been asked to help.
