## What you get

- Grounded answers in the thread — Your mate answers from your own pages, documents and connected tools, and says so when a question is outside them.
- Answers in the customer's language — Write in any language and your mate replies in it, from the same content.

## Set it up in the Console

1. Open the Console, go to Connections and choose Slack.
2. Fill in Bot user OAuth token · Signing secret, exactly as the screen labels them.
3. Save — the Console checks the values against the provider before it stores anything.
4. Publish your workspace. From the next message on, your mate answers there.

### Is it ready today?

Answering in Slack works today. Handing a conversation to a person on your team is the piece being finished — everything else is live.

### Does connecting Slack cost extra?

No platform fee: Busymate AI bills per workspace plan, not per channel. The channel's own provider may charge for its numbers, messages or approvals.

### What happens when it cannot answer?

It says when it is unsure. If handoff is enabled for your workspace and channel, it can ask your team to take over in the Inbox. It confirms when your team has been asked to help.
