An AI chatbot for Webflow that answers from your published pages, added with Custom code or one Embed element. Webflow support is in beta.

Status: in beta.

## Try it · Connect yours

- Try it: Coming soon — Ask it on Busymate AI: https://busymate.ai/chat/new
- Connect Webflow: https://busymate.ai/console/integration — The page origin you allow, and an optional getIdentity for signed-in visitors — the same as the web chat.

## Webflow in action

A customer writes on Webflow, your mate answers from your own content, and your team steps in from the Inbox when it matters.

Diagram: a customer sends a message on Webflow; your mate answers; when needed the conversation is handed to your Inbox and team.

## Set it up in the Console

1. Copy the embed script from your Console.
2. On a paid plan: in Webflow, open Site settings → Custom code and paste it into the head code. On Starter: add an Embed element to the page from the Designer's Add panel and paste it there instead.
3. List your site's origin in your published embed origins and publish the site.

## Questions

### Is it ready today?

Ready today through the web chat embed — one script tag, no plugin to install.

### Does connecting Webflow cost extra?

No platform fee: Busymate AI bills per workspace plan, not per channel. The channel's own provider may charge for its numbers, messages or approvals.

### What happens when it cannot answer?

It says when it is unsure. If handoff is enabled for your workspace and channel, it can ask your team to take over in the Inbox. It confirms when your team has been asked to help.
