Every conversation. One live operator surface.
This evidence was captured from the real Busymate AI production Inbox on build 257. It proves AI-only discovery, lazy human takeover, operator reply, resolution, cross-tab realtime delivery, and the compact mobile surface using a dedicated test conversation.

Operator lifecycle
AI-only to resolved, in one continuous recording.
Every mutation returned HTTP 200. The thread was closed after the proof, leaving no active test intervention.

1. Start from an AI-only conversation
The production list includes conversations that never requested a human. The selected test thread has its AI transcript and no intervention row yet.

2. Claim and join
The first operator action promotes the AI-only conversation into a human-support session and assigns it without changing the conversation identity.

3. Reply as a human operator
The reply is accepted by the live support API, rendered in the transcript, and delivered through the web outbox.

4. Resolve and return control to AI
Resolution records the AI-resumed event, closes the conversation, and disables further operator replies until a new intervention is opened.
Realtime synchronization
A second tab observed every state change without polling.
Two authenticated production tabs watched the same test conversation. The recording is synchronized side by side; the measured observer latency stayed below 2.6 seconds for every action.

Mobile reachability
The full conversation list remains usable at 390 px.
The production mobile probe rendered more than 50 conversations, completed 12 support-operation reads with HTTP 200, and measured zero horizontal overflow. Tenant scope, status, type, and channel filters remain reachable.
