What shipped

The Busymate AI releases that came with something to tell you, newest first — one line each, the date it went live, and a link to what changed. A release that only moved internals is not listed.

  1. build 1641

Voice3081 dedicated widget origin. Openai/widgetDomain is now https://widgets.busymate.ai (OpenAI. Several-workspace conversation lists come back complete in one view. When an AI assistant asks Busymate AI for the conversations of several workspaces, one request now returns up to 200 conversations per workspace, enough for most questions without paging. When there are more, the answer carries one cursor that fetches the next page of every workspace in a single request. In the ChatGPT iPhone app this keeps it to one table instead of several cards that may stay empty. Documentation pages and their Markdown copies no longer expose hidden author notes, and internal proof pages and a partner reference link are gone from the guides and sidebar.

  2. build 1640

DocsConsole › Account tools: the rows read the measured facts from the one identity resolver. The token-check chip, the "same domain as your sign-in" reason and the admin alert now come from the identity BFF (the same resolver the call seam and the MCP twins use), so a failed live check shows up as soon as *Check now* answers, even when the evidence read's identity arm cannot answer. The identity troubleshooting guide now carries an erratum for the frozen v1 kit readme. It names the unpublished conformance script, gives the right Android and iOS file URLs and points to the Identity check instead.

  3. build 1639

MCP3081 ChatGPT review readiness (live ChatGPT iOS sweep). Anonymous /mcp/openai tools/list and tools/call now get the ChatGPT projection. G4: with a workspace's pii read masking ON, reading stored mail is masked too.

  4. build 1638

App StoreSee every version of your assistant, compare any two, and restore one with a preview. A new Console page, Assistant › Versions, lists every version of your assistant that went live. The "Copy for any llm" prompt and the connector requirement texts now come from the one identity contract. The prompt a developer pastes into an AI assistant now carries the same identity guide as the public docs page, for every connector the workspace has, with today's sign-in card behaviour stated correctly. It is built when you open the preview or press copy, so the Integration page loads no heavier. Console › Account tools shows each connector's own-product check status again.

  5. build 1637

ConsoleConsole › Account tools: the row's default reason and token check read the measured facts. A connector published with the signed customer token is your own product by default even without sharing your sign-in's domain.

  6. build 1636

MCPChat no longer shows an old "Authorize account tools" card after a workspace changes how a connector identifies customers.

  7. build 1634

VoiceOne request lists conversations across several workspaces. AI assistants connected to Busymate AI can now list the conversations of several workspaces in one request, by passing a list of workspaces or "all". The answer is one table with a Workspace column, at most 10 workspaces and 50 conversations each per request, and a cursor to page each workspace further. In the ChatGPT iPhone app, a question about several workspaces now shows one table instead of several empty "Couldn't load" cards.

  8. build 1633

MCPThe per-connector "never show the Authorize card" switch is now the same thing as Customer identity "none". A connector listed in the older card-off switch behaves exactly like a connector whose customer identity is "none".

  9. build 1632

ConsoleConsole: one Customer identity control per connector, the token check and the outcome sentence (auto-auth P3b). Connections › Account tools, per MCP connector.

  10. build 1631

MCPWhen a store's connector is updated, Busymate AI re-checks its tools. That check no longer hides public product tools (search, product details, collections) on stores whose shoppers are identified by Busymate AI's signed token. Publishing a store's assistant works again after such an update. Busymate AI now checks, by itself, that a connector your workspace declares as its own actually accepts the signed customer token. A connector set to "your own product" (customer identity Busymate AI) runs that way only after its server has accepted Busymate AI's signed customer token. The platform now runs that live check on its own every 6 hours and after the connector's address changes, and admins can run it on demand and read every connector's resolved mode.

  11. build 1630

VoiceBusymate AI views in ChatGPT load their own data when ChatGPT doesn't deliver it. When ChatGPT runs several Busymate AI lookups at once, for example the conversations of five workspaces, the iPhone app often passed the result to only one of the views and the rest said "Couldn't load this result". A view for a read-only lookup now fetches its own data after 3 seconds when nothing arrived, using the same request. If that fails, it shows the real reason.

  12. build 1629

MCPSigned-in customers now get one consistent answer about account tools. Each connector now has one "customer identity".

  13. build 1628

ChatWrite confirmation (preview first, then Apply or yes in chat) now applies only in the ChatGPT and Claude apps. Automations and other connected clients write directly again, and every automated caller fails loudly if it ever gets a preview instead of a write .

  14. build 1627

i18nThe channel sign-in card can now be translated in every supported language. The sign-in card customers see when they connect from a messaging channel was stuck in English because its translation group was never registered. It is now, so the 14 translations can be published.

  15. build 1626

i18nThe language-mix check now treats OS and AI-client names as product names. Translation publishing works again after the two-step write change. The automatic translation publisher kept answering "published" while its writes were only previews, so new labels stayed in English until someone re-ran it. It now sends the confirmation and refuses a preview answer.

  16. build 1625

DocsThe docs overview map shows the Sign-in and identity page in your language. On the Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Chinese docs overview, the page map listed the new Sign-in and identity page in English. It now has a short label in all 14 languages, and a test makes sure the next docs page cannot ship without one.

  17. build 1624

InboxG4: with a workspace's pii read masking ON, the Inbox thread translation and the email copilot (Console and MCP summarize_email_thread, suggest_email_reply, translate_email, and the Console copilot on an email conversation) now reads the mail thread masked, so drafts and summaries cannot quote raw card numbers, IBANs or national ids. With the setting off nothing changes.

  18. build 1623

InboxG4: with a workspace's pii read masking ON, the transcript Markdown export (Console and MCP) now masks the Handoff header row, and the MCP draft_tenant_support_reply copilot reads the conversation masked like the Console copilot does. With the setting off both are unchanged. MCP activity records name the workspace and the result size. Each call an AI assistant makes to Busymate AI is now recorded with the workspace it targeted and how big its answer was, in bytes and rows. When a ChatGPT or Claude view shows no data, the cause can be found from the activity record alone.

  19. build 1622

ConsoleThe script tag now says, once in the browser console, which call replaces an old one. Identify and refreshIdentity on the embed script keep working. The first call of each prints one console note naming the call to use instead (identityChanged), so integrations can move to the same names as the Web SDK (getIdentity, identityChanged, signedOut, account). The old v1 client drop-ins under /sdk/v1 are served unchanged and now answer with a Deprecation header.

  20. build 1621

ShopifyWhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram customers can sign in with your own login. A workspace can now let its chat customers sign in through the workspace's own login page. The customer sends "sign in", opens a one-time link, signs in, and sends the 6-digit code shown back in the same chat. Account tools then run as that customer with no extra card. The feature is off until the workspace lists the channels in channels.customerSignIn. ChatGPT and Claude: a write now asks first. The first call shows a preview (the card with Apply) and changes nothing; the change happens only when you press Apply or say yes in the chat . Signed-out shoppers get a reply again on stores whose site says "nobody is signed in". A signed-out shopper on a Shopify storefront (and any site whose getIdentity returns nothing) pressed Send and the chat stayed on "Still working…".
