Busymate AI Support
"Busymate AI Support" is our SMS program for customers who text us at +1 607 669 2331. It is a support channel, not a marketing list: we send messages only in reply to a conversation a customer started by texting us first, and we never use the number to send marketing or promotional messages.
The program is run by Busymate AI, operated by Antreprenor Independent „SERGIU TODERAȘCU” (IDNO 1026023024336), Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
How you join
You join this program the same way you start any text conversation: by sending the first message to +1 607 669 2331. There is no sign-up form and no other way to be added — texting us first is the opt-in, and it is how we record your consent.
What you will receive
Replies from Busymate AI's support assistant and, where the assistant hands a conversation off, our support team — answers to what you asked, and nothing else. Message frequency varies by conversation; we do not send on a schedule.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of the program; we will stop texting you after that. Reply HELP for help, or reach us directly at hi@busymate.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
