- build 1669
DocsThe three "Pick the path that fits you" cards and the page map on /docs now show in the reader's language immediately, in all 13 non-English locales, instead of English until the page finished loading.
- build 1668
ArtifactsWebsite knowledge now reads pages whose text sits in an embedded frame (such as published artifacts) from their Markdown version, so answers link the page they quote instead of a list page. /pricing no longer reads as a run of English under ar, ja, ko and zh-Hans. No new i18n keys, no client bytes. A new reference page, /docs/reference/identity-contract, lists every sign-in and action token claim, login page parameter, reason code and SDK release, with the agent block and the changelog. /docs/identity stays the one complete setup page and links to it.
- build 1667
White-labelFable 5.1 · Site P2.1 · section library S1/S2/S9/S10/S11/S16 + ProofLine removal. Marketing-plan Phase 2, P2.1. Components/marketing/sections/ (new). Gates: vitest (lib/site/sections, components/marketing/sections, cta), node site suites (siteSolutions S4/S6 re-pinned, whitelabelPageI18n R1), cross-page copy gate, marketing QA gate, tsc, perf-budget static arm, i18n route seed.
- build 1666
PlatformIn the ChatGPT and Claude apps, pressing Apply twice on the same preview (for example on a duplicated card) no longer sends the same reply, resolve or note twice; the second press says it was already applied.
- build 1665
DocsHttps://busymate.ai/docs/identity gives a coding agent everything for the in-chat sign-in card and the full chat page login.
- build 1664
InboxWith "Mask personal data when conversations are read" ON, the bell, push and Telegram notifications for a new human request no longer show a card number, iban or national id from the customer's message; they show •••• 4242, •••• 5432, •••••••• like the Inbox. Workspaces with the setting off are unchanged. A single guide now covers installing the assistant on WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and BigCommerce. The six old per-builder guide links redirect to their section of it.
- build 1662
InboxSigned-in customers get quotes for their own account, straight from a postcode. When a customer gives only postcodes ("quote a delivery from NN1 4LE to NN4 8PY"), your mate now calls your quote tool with them instead of asking for a city and country first. For a signed-in customer who has already authorized your OAuth connector, public tools such as a quote now run with that customer's own authorization, so the answer reflects their account (their workspace, their balance) rather than a guest's. Customers who have not authorized still get the same public answer, with no extra prompt. Ai — pii masking now covers the Inbox queue rows and the Human intervention page. With a workspace's "Mask personal data when conversations are read" ON, two older reads still brought raw card numbers, IBANs and national ids into the browser. the header's Resources tab (which opened on the WebMCP page) is replaced by a Developers tab that lands on the developer guide and lists Docs, WebMCP, Tools and Changelog; the footer has five columns (Solutions · Platform · Developers · Company · Trust) with Articles, Customers and About under Company and Connectors under Platform.
- build 1661
ArtifactsThe three email guides are now one: the email guide covers your support address, connecting a mailbox, how replies work and running your own EmailEngine server. The old EmailEngine guide links redirect to it. Page titles are short enough to show in full in search results, the three main buttons read "Try it with your website", "Start free" and "Talk to sales" everywhere, and pages that are not ready for search (the store, the artifact explorer, planned connectors) are kept out of it. The three email guides are now one: the email guide covers your support address, connecting a mailbox, how replies work and running your own EmailEngine server. The old EmailEngine guide links redirect to it. The knowledge guide now also covers the search box for your site and web access, and the guide about publishing your site's knowledge over MCP has a new address. The old links redirect.
- build 1660
PlatformInternal test reliability fix; no change to the product.
- build 1659
ConsoleInternal test reliability fix; no change to the product. Ai — owner sign-up alerts: clear "Their search" and "Page's top searches" lines. Internal: the new sign-up and try-out notifications (email, Telegram) and the Console Insights Sources table no longer show page-level search data as the visitor's keywords. "Their search" is the visitor's own query when known, else "Not shared by ChatGPT" / "Not shared by Google".
- build 1658
VoiceA single guide now explains how to use the assistant from Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, Claude Code or any MCP client. The old Claude and ChatGPT guide links redirect to it. Voice, hand-off and site knowledge now live under Platform, three solutions have clearer names, the desktop-app connector and the data processing addendum have shorter addresses, and every old link redirects permanently.
- build 1657
DocsThe documentation overview shows the guide titles in your language again in its sidebar and index, instead of English until the page finished loading. On the pricing page the list of channels each plan includes now appears in the visitor's language instead of English.
- build 1656
DocsThe Console area that was called Connections is now called Connectors, matching the website and the docs.
- build 1655
DocsSigned-in customers can ask your mate to do things, not just look them up. When a signed-in customer asks your mate to act on their account ("book it", "cancel it", "pay it"), it now calls your account tool, which brings any one-time authorization or confirmation into the chat, instead of sending them to your dashboard. A quote that is missing a postcode no longer leaves a card stuck on "Pricing…", and your mate reuses the postcodes the customer already typed instead of asking again. ChatGPT: adding an internal note or a knowledge source now asks you to confirm in the chat, instead of pointing you to an Apply button that isn't there . On every docs page the left navigation and the right "On this page" list now stay pinned as you scroll, instead of scrolling away with the article.
- build 1654
PlatformThe pricing page shows monthly prices first, lists the live channels for each plan, shows one comparison table, and defines a conversation once.
- build 1653
VoiceThe docs sidebar, the phone rail and the guides hub now show the pages by group (Start here, Concepts, Guides in seven groups, Reference, Developers); a search box finds any page; /docs opens with three paths — business owner, developer, Claude or ChatGPT user — and a grouped index. ChatGPT and Claude app connections made before the workspace fix no longer reach every workspace. An app connection to the ChatGPT or Claude app that was made before the workspace choice was enforced now uses your one workspace, if you are a member of exactly one. Otherwise it uses no workspace until you reconnect the app and choose one. Connecting an app now always names one workspace. The Console billing pages load slightly less code. Asking for the .md version of a docs page that moved (the HubSpot and Zendesk guides, the roadmap, billing, limits) now sends you to the new page's .md version instead of a "not found".
- build 1652
DocsThe home page answer "Can I work from Claude or ChatGPT?" reads in the visitor's language in all fourteen languages, including the line that ChatGPT and Codex are planned. Setup steps on the Telegram, Slack, Discord, Teams and sms connector pages now name the Console "Connectors" screen, and the planned HubSpot and Zendesk connectors link to the changelog instead of a guide that is not published.
- build 1651
InboxThe HubSpot and Zendesk "coming soon" guides are gone (their links go to the changelog), operator-only guides are no longer listed, and every guide now ends with a Next steps section.
- build 1649
InboxHelpdesk automation rules with a "Send webhook event" action now save from the Console and through MCP instead of failing. Phone calls now use the same low-cost voice model as web voice, and their minutes show in usage. Calls to a Busymate AI support number now run on the workspace's voice model, which is gpt-realtime-2.1-mini by default, the same model web voice uses. Before, phone calls always ran gpt-realtime-2.1, which costs about 3.7 times as much per minute. Phone minutes are now recorded in usage and billing like web voice minutes. ChatGPT: "give me the install snippet" now returns the snippet instead of a step_failed error .
- build 1648
InboxWorkspace admins can now show a hidden card number, iban or ID number in an AI-transcript message too, not only in a teammate's message. The Inbox's audited "Show value" was refused with "Could not show this value" for any hidden value inside the assistant's own transcript, because the message key for those turns carries a colon that the request check did not allow. The check now accepts it; the look is still recorded before the value appears, and nothing else changes. ChatGPT: pressing Apply on a write card now sends the details the card previewed, so the change goes through, and the card shows them instead of an empty payload. If Apply still fails, the card says so in plain words instead of showing the host's raw error . The ChatGPT and Claude apps now use only the workspace you choose when you connect. When you connect the Busymate AI app in ChatGPT or Claude and choose one workspace, the app now sees only that workspace. Before, it could list and count every workspace on your account. The ChatGPT app also no longer reaches workspaces you are not a member of. If you connected before this change, connect again to apply your choice.
