PlatformYour mate asks your customers for missing details in plain words instead of showing a form. When your mate needs something to finish a request on your workspace's site, such as an order number, it now asks for it in a short question instead of showing a form built from its internal action. The support request form for reaching a person is unchanged.

ShopifyChatGPT is not offered plans, checkout or credential tools on busymate.ai/mcp. When you connect Busymate AI from ChatGPT, it no longer offers tools that show plans and prices, start or change a subscription, open checkout or the billing portal, sell App Store apps, or ask for passwords, API keys and other secrets, as OpenAI's plugin guidelines require. Those steps stay in the Busymate AI Console. Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, the Console and API keys see the same tools as before. The chat widget on a Shopify storefront no longer tries to load the store's customer sign-in page in the background. That page refuses to be embedded, so every page load used to log blocked-frame errors. Signed-in shoppers are still recognised automatically, and the Sign in button in the chat works as before. Your mate's storefront replies are cleaner. Customers asking your mate to look for products are no longer shown a form asking them to type a search. Assistant connections get clear errors, a readable conversation transcript and working governance and usage reads. When Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant manages a workspace through busymate.ai/mcp, a refused action now says what is wrong in plain words. Assistant apps see the same tools before and after sign-in, with plain descriptions and smaller answers. When Claude or ChatGPT connects to busymate.ai/mcp, the tool list shown before sign-in now matches what a workspace connection can use after it. Every tool has a short, plain description of what it does, and the server's own description no longer steers the assistant. Workspace admins can now connect and manage Slack and set their workspace's voice from an assistant app, and long answers such as the email health history come back much smaller. Assistant connections get clear errors, a readable conversation transcript and working governance and usage reads. When Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant manages a workspace through busymate.ai/mcp, a refused action now says what is wrong in plain words.

PlatformYour mate replies on the Busymate AI Facebook Page and WhatsApp number again. Messages to the Busymate AI Page and WhatsApp number were received but the reply never went out. Replies are sent again.

PlatformTelegram chats recover on their own after an assistant error. Messenger and WhatsApp messages to the Busymate AI pages are answered again after a credential change. Your mate answers messages sent to the Busymate AI Facebook Page and WhatsApp number again. Changing the Meta app credentials had made every new message quietly go unanswered.

ChatApproving an order change in chat shows the Approve button straight away again. When a signed-in customer asks your mate to change an address or cancel an order, the chat again shows the action with an Approve button right away. Your mate no longer asks "Shall I go ahead?" in text first, and it still never names its internal tools.

ChatYour mate no longer mentions its internal tools when it helps your customers. When a customer asks your mate to cancel something, change an address or look something up, the reply now describes the action in plain words, for example "I'll cancel that for you once you approve it". Internal tool names, phrases like "the cancel tool" or "the tool asks for confirmation", and technical field names no longer appear in the chat on your workspace's site. The Telegram assistant answers messages again.

ChatThe Telegram assistant replies to messages again. After a shopper approves an order change, the chat no longer shows a "Checked: …" line. When a shopper approves a change in a store's chat, such as cancelling an order, the chat now shows only the assistant's plain-words result. The "Checked.

InboxCheckout shows prices in US dollars only. Paying for a Busymate AI plan now always shows and charges US dollars. Stripe no longer converts the price into the buyer's local currency at checkout. Shared secrets can now be rotated without a hard cut. Internal service secrets (channel hand-off bridges, the agent service token, the caller signature, the /try keep links, operator-alert bridges and the test-account signing key) accept the previous value next to the new one while an overlap is configured, so a rotation no longer needs every side to switch at the same instant. Store chips now read in every visitor language. The shopping suggestions a new store workspace shows ("Find a product", "Track my order", "Shipping & returns", "Ask about a product", "Talk to a person") are now translated into all 14 widget languages.

App StoreNew stores greet shoppers with store chips from the first visit. A newly connected store workspace now shows shopping suggestions in its chat ("Find a product", "Track my order", "Shipping & returns", "Ask about a product", "Talk to a person") in the visitor's language, from the very first load. Confirming an order change in a store chat now shows the action and its details in plain words, in your language.

PlatformInternal: pull requests are no longer failed by checks that measure production (Edge and query latency budgets, live catalogs); those run after the merge and in the nightly sweep.

ShopifyPaid Shopify plans no longer show "Powered by" in the store's chat. A Shopify store on Starter, Growth or Scale no longer shows the "Powered by" link under its chat. The Shopify app now tells the platform which plan the store is on; a store on the Free plan keeps the link, like any Free workspace.

White-labelA WhatsApp number connected through Facebook signup is live as soon as signup finishes. When a WhatsApp Business number finishes the Facebook embedded signup, it now answers right away. It no longer waits for a release or expires after a day.

ChatShip and test runs now wait on a genuinely loaded Mac again. The "host busy" guard that makes lanes and ships wait when the release Mac is overloaded had been silently off since 8 October, because the monitor it depended on was retired. It now measures the machine itself (load, free memory, swap and the heavy jobs running) whenever that monitor is missing, and the start line says whether it used the monitor or a live reading. Approving an action in a reopened chat now runs it the first time.

This change ships the routing and the database side. The Connect button switches to it in a follow-up. Connecting a Facebook Page to Messenger is live in seconds. When you connect your Facebook Page in the Console, your mate answers its Messenger messages right away. You no longer wait for a release, and the connection no longer expires after an hour. If the Page is already connected to another workspace, the Console tells you so. Facebook Pages and WhatsApp numbers can now go live without a release. ChatJapanese shoppers now get Japanese suggestion chips. The quick-question chips in the chat widget appear in Japanese for Japanese-speaking visitors, instead of the store's English originals.

ShopifyWhen the assistant on your storefront looks something up in a connected tool (for example, Shopify product search), the shopper's browser no longer logs two failed requests. A widget that a workspace's own connector provides can now show in the chat.

PlatformSecurity update for the server runtime.

ShopifySaving your assistant's name in the Shopify app works again. In the Busymate AI Shopify app, Assistant settings › Save now stores your assistant name and store display name and publishes them to your storefront. Before this fix, every store got a "set_tenant_branding refused" error.

ConsoleThe translation publisher can now close follow-ups whose keys no longer exist. Console and site screens are not changed by this, except two source strings that could not be translated.
