Who publishes the apps

The Busymate AI apps for ChatGPT, Codex and Claude are published by EFIRITY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202402844G), 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422. EFIRITY PTE. LTD. is the developer listed for these apps in the OpenAI and Anthropic directories, and it answers support requests about them.

This page covers the apps only. For the Busymate AI service itself — your account, workspaces, plans and billing — see the contact page.

How to reach us

Email hi@busymate.ai. Put "ChatGPT app", "Codex app" or "Claude app" in the subject so the request reaches the right person. We answer in English.

What to include in a request

  • Which app you use: ChatGPT, Codex or Claude, and whether on the web, desktop or mobile.
  • The email address you sign in to Busymate AI with. Never send a password, an access token or a sign-in code.
  • The workspace the request is about, if you have more than one.
  • What you asked the AI assistant to do, what you expected, and what happened instead — the exact error text or a screenshot helps.
  • The approximate date and time, with your time zone.

Setup guides

Disconnecting the app

You can disconnect at any time, from either side:

  • In ChatGPT or Codex, open Settings, then Apps (or Connectors), choose Busymate AI and disconnect it.
  • In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, choose Busymate AI and disconnect it.
  • To have the apps' access revoked from the Busymate AI side, email hi@busymate.ai from your account's email address.

Disconnecting stops any further access; it does not delete data already held in your Busymate AI workspace. The privacy policy for the apps explains how to ask for deletion.

Service status

The current state of the Busymate AI service, and notes on past incidents, are on the status page. If the app stops answering and the status page shows no incident, email us with the details above.
