01What it does
Page messages, answered in the thread
Connect your Facebook Page and a Messenger conversation reaches your mate; it answers in the thread and hands off to your team when it should, with the same memory and tools as everywhere else.
02How to switch it on
Connect the Facebook Page you want the assistant to answer for.
Give the platform the Page access token, the app secret and a verify token; the webhook is subscribed for you.
Message the Page from any account to see the reply — a teammate can take over from the Inbox.
03What it needs
A Facebook Page, its access token, the Meta app secret and a verify token. Already connected WhatsApp or Instagram from the same Meta app? Reuse its app secret and verify token here — only the Page id and access token are new.
