Point the platform at your Zendesk Help Center and your mate indexes the published articles, answers with the article cited, and re-reads them on a schedule.

Give the platform your Zendesk subdomain.
Check the articles it indexed in your knowledge.
Publish a version and ask a question only an article can answer.
