Point the platform at your Zendesk Help Center and your mate indexes the published articles, answers with the article cited, and re-reads them on a schedule.

  1. Give the platform your Zendesk subdomain.

  2. Check the articles it indexed in your knowledge.

  3. Publish a version and ask a question only an article can answer.
