Products, policies and a shopper's orders

Connect your BigCommerce store and your mate learns your products and policies, answers shoppers on the storefront, and looks up a signed-in customer's orders, with any change confirmed first.

  1. In your BigCommerce control panel, create a store-level API account with the scopes you allow.

  2. Give the platform the store hash and the access token.

  3. Add the embed script to your theme and publish.
