Connect Intercom to import your conversation history and contacts when you move, or keep Intercom as your team's inbox: a hand-off opens a conversation there with the transcript.

Sign in to Intercom when you connect it and allow the scopes you want.
Choose import, hand-off, or both.
Publish; an import runs in the background and reports what it brought across.
