Create a Viber bot for your business and a subscriber's message reaches your mate; it answers in the chat and a teammate can take over from the Inbox.
02Как включить
Create a bot in the Viber admin panel and copy its authentication token.
Give the platform the token; the webhook is set for you.
Subscribe to the bot from a phone and send a message to see the reply.
