01Ce qu'il fait
A text in, a short answer back
Connect a Twilio number and an incoming text reaches your mate; it answers by text, short and to the point, and a teammate can pick the thread up from the Inbox. Every inbound message is signature-checked against your auth token before it is read.
02Comment l'activer
Buy or bring a Twilio number with messaging enabled, or put it in a Messaging Service.
Copy the Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio Console's Account Info panel.
Paste them into Console → Connections → SMS with the number (or the Messaging Service SID), then point the number's inbound Messaging webhook at the URL Console shows you, method POST.
Text the number from any phone; a teammate joins from the Inbox when needed, and a STOP reply is honoured by Twilio itself.
03Ce qu'il faut
A Twilio Account SID (public, starts with AC), the Auth Token (secret; it both verifies inbound webhooks and sends replies), and either a messaging-enabled number in E.164 form or a Messaging Service SID. Voice is a separate connection — the same Twilio account can serve both.
