A spoken conversation on your number

Point a phone number at the platform and a caller talks to your mate: it listens, answers from your content, and transfers the call to your team when it should. Voice on your website is a separate, lighter thing; this is the phone line.

02オンにする方法

  1. Buy or bring a voice-enabled Twilio number.

  2. Give the platform the account SID, the auth token and the number; the voice webhook is set for you.

  3. Call the number and hear the reply — choose the number a hand-off transfers to.
