Connect Help Scout and a conversation your mate cannot finish lands in your Help Scout mailbox with the transcript and the customer's details; your team replies there.

  1. Sign in to Help Scout when you connect it and allow the mailbox scope.

  2. Choose the mailbox a hand-off lands in.

  3. Publish; the next hand-off shows up in Help Scout.
