Connect the Instagram professional account behind your Facebook Page and a direct message reaches your mate; it answers in the thread, and a teammate takes over from the Inbox when a person is needed.

02Как включить

  1. Connect the Instagram professional account that is linked to your Facebook Page.

  2. Give the platform the access token, the app secret and a verify token; the messaging webhook is subscribed for you.

  3. Send the account a direct message to see the reply.

03Что требуется

An Instagram professional account linked to a Facebook Page, its access token, the Meta app secret and a verify token. Already connected WhatsApp or Messenger from the same Meta app? Reuse its app secret and verify token here — only the Instagram account id and access token are new.
