Answers on your WhatsApp Business number

Connect the number through the Cloud API and a customer's message reaches your mate; it replies in the same thread, in the customer's language, and a teammate takes over from the Inbox when a person is needed. Templates cover the first message outside the 24-hour window.

02如何启用

  1. Create a Meta Business app and add the WhatsApp product, then register a phone number.

  2. Copy the number's phone number id, a permanent access token and the app secret from the Meta app dashboard.

  3. Choose a verify token, paste all four values into Console → Connections → WhatsApp, then set that same verify token and the webhook URL Console shows you in Meta's WhatsApp configuration.

  4. Send a test message to the number and watch the reply arrive — then a teammate joins from the Inbox when needed.

03需要什么

A WhatsApp Business number on the Cloud API: its phone number id, a permanent access token, the app secret (verifies inbound webhooks) and a verify token you choose (confirms the webhook URL to Meta). One Meta app can serve WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram together — connect all three from it and reuse the same app secret and verify token, only the number or account id changes.
